Appointments

We strongly recommend that you call our office and schedule an appointment so that our doctors and staff can ensure optimum time with you and your pet. However, we understand that life happens and sometimes your pet needs to be seen right away. We do our best to accommodate urgent and sick visits on the same day you call. Emergency cases will be seen the same day, during office hours. We also offer limited hours on Saturdays, drop off appointments daily, and lunch time appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, for your convenience.

Financing

We do not offer in-house payment plans; however, financing for veterinary expenses can be obtained at Care Credit.

Pet Health Insurance

We encourage our clients to consider veterinary health insurance for further financial assistance. For best results, pets should have insurance coverage when they are young and healthy. Insurance companies will not write policies for pre-existing conditions. Many insurance companies will not write new policies for pets over the age of 6 years. Estimates

We are happy to provide you with a written estimate of services to be performed. Please realize that it is sometimes difficult to anticipate an individual pet’s treatment needs. We will do our best to keep you informed as costs change. Please, don’t hesitate to discuss your financial needs and limitations with us so that we can work together to find the best options for your pet.
